Great, great, great! Always reliable, on time, & accurate work. They have been servicing all my plumbing needs for 10yrs. They have installed a water filtering system, water softener, replaced my hot water tank, replaced leaky facets, and they have serviced my furnace. Jared always makes me feel comfortable and provides me with great recommendations and options. They always clean up after themselves. I will not use another plumber...ever!

Lauder Plumbing is the contractor that fulfills Culligan Water of Rockland County water softeners system installations. Jared (Lead) and Michael (Assistant) made a good impression on me immediately. They were running 15 minutes late, and called to let me know. Upon arrival, they worked diligently and efficiently for 1.5 hours, had all materials necessary on their truck, and cleaned up after themselves. They were able to place the Culligan HE Water Softener, salt tank, and sediment filter near my water heater, so I could eventually create a mechanicals closet when I do a basement remodel. They ran additional water lines from the main line (area of the house where the water enters) to the hot water heater area, but didn't charge me extra for that work. Also, I asked about cleaning / washing out my hot water heater of sediment, but Jared said that, while I could pay an additional $200 for that work, it wasn't really necessary based on the age of my water heater. His prices were fair, the Culligan HE Water Softener system was cleanly installed; lines, screws, filters, etc. plum and level; and my personal belongings were left As Is. All in all, a winner.
Today was the third time I have used Lauder Plumbing and heating. I have been extremely satisfied each time I have called them. They are prompt, courteous, professional and they know what they are doing. The jobs have been done in a timely and professional manner and their prices are reasonable and fair. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any of my plumbing/heating needs and in fact would not call anyone else. The services they provide are excellent.
